WideBand Solutions Warranty PolicyWideBand Solutions comprehensive factory warranty ensures that in the unlikely event of a system failure, you will have your replacement unit with minimal down time. WideBand Solutions aggressively replaces DOA (first 30 day failure) units via next day air cross ship at no cost to you. The WideBand Solutions Warranty Policy document provides details and benefits available to you under our warranty plan. WideBand Solutions 30 Day Additional Warranty PeriodWideBand will extend the factory warranty period for 30 days for all systems which go through the WideBand certification process within 90 days of date of purchase from WideBand. To extend your WideBand product warranty for an extra 30 days, after the product has been installed call the WideBand certification hotline at (860) 269-3021 ext. 203 to schedule a time for certification. The certification process will involve a WideBand product engineer working with you on a call to run through a series of tests to ensure that your WideBand product is performing optimally. The certification testing normally takes less than 15 minutes. The system will have 30 days added to the end of the warranty period after the WideBand certification testing has been completed. You must complete the WideBand certification process within 90 days of WideBand initial shipment of product to receive the 30 days additional warranty period.
