Our field research concluded that performance results of today's installed conferencing hardware were dependent of the skill level of the install technician. Most firms can not justify sending an experienced audio engineer to adjust every room or on all maintenance / trouble calls. SimphoniX is designed to have the same performance results regardless the skill level or experience of the installer.
Historically the bar for conferencing has been set to "telephone quality" sound. The emergence of improved voice fidelity, video tele-presence and a new generation of telephony demands CD quality audio that operates in challenging environments.
