The WideBand Solutions Dealer experience is very different - Become a Dealer: To become a WideBand Solutions Authorized Dealer please email newdealer@widebandsolutions.com. We will contact you with the appropriate information you need to become a dealer. Room Certification WideBand Solutions provides authorized dealers with room certification services. When you purchase a WideBand Solutions system, a WideBand Solutions engineer will certify the installation during audio calls, video calls or both over a number of key criteria outlined in our system certification form. Your project manager or installation technician can call us and schedule a time to certify the room and we will run through the certification tests and provide detailed remedial information if required. Once we complete the certification we will transmit the completed document to you directly for your records. This helps us to ensure that your WideBand Solutions product is performing optimally and is documented to be performing optimally when you hand off the room to your client. Distribution Model: WideBand Solutions Distribution Model uses the existing Manufacturers Representative and Distribution Channel in the audiovisual industry. With industry leaders such as KBZ Communications, Emergent Media Marketing and whomever are representing us; WideBand Solutions aims to ensure a superior experience for our dealers. Login to Dealer Site WideBand Solutions maintains a dealer web site which gives Authorized Dealers access to enhanced service and support capabilities from WideBand Solutions. Software Downloads WideBand Solutions provides software upgrades during the warranty period for all of its products. You can download these upgrades directly from WideBand Solutions Dealer web site or email swupgrade@widebandsolutions.com. Calculators WideBand Solutions has written calculators optimized to our audio solutions which allows you to preconfigure our programmable solutions and even determine how an audio environment will perform prior to installation of any equipment. Calculators are available from the Authorized Dealer web site. Training WideBand Solutions provides product training to the authorized dealer channel at industry events, in our offices or yours and via video on demand from the Authorized Dealer web site.
